Automise multiple tasks at the same time
Automize is designed to automatize multiple tasks at the same time without you having to do anything.
Everything is based on an extremely easy to use GUI meaning you don't need any programming or scripting knowledge although a scripting interface is available for programmers. Automize claims that it can run up to 1000+ tasks per day (although who on earth would need to run so many tasks at the same time is another question) but the point is that you don't ave to wait for one to finish while another one begins.
You can execute just about any program and receive e-mail notifications when they're done. Probably the most useful feature however is the auto downloader which allows you to start downloads without actually being anywhere near your Mac. You can automate downloads to a local file name based on the current month, day, or time for archiving or simply trigger your P2P app when you want it to start.
